Participation in the CoCreationExpo #24 in Neuhof an der Zenn
Last week, Prof. Dr. Cornelia Niessen, Dominik Kemmer and Sara Bergmann visited the CoCreationExpo #24 of our cooperation partner BlackBox/Open.
Under the title “New Work Balance”, representatives from science and practice gathered to discuss how the health of employees and managers can be strengthened in the context of New Work in the future.
Prof. Dr. Cornelia Niessen provided an insight into her research in the field of “Electronic Performance Monitoring” and exchanged views with Dr. Colin Roth in an interview on the effects of the use of digital monitoring in the workplace.
At the end of the event, the fishbowl interview explored the question of how New Work (e.g. flexibility in place and time of work) can be implemented in a healthy way in an organization.
